A to Z Plumbing is currently seeking a Professional and Punctual Service Technician with previous plumbing experience to join our growing team. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an experienced individual who is reliable, motivated, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of plumbing repairs and installations including water line repairs, faucet repairs, leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater installations, and more.

  • Troubleshoot plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and provide efficient solutions to customers.

  • Install and maintain gas lines, water lines, and other plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties.

  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

  • Provide clear and accurate estimates for service and repairs.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.

  • Complete service calls in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Plumbing Experience: 2+ years of professional plumbing experience, including both residential and commercial work.

  • Certification: Journeyman Plumber license preferred, but not required. Apprentice status may be considered for the right candidate.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.

    • Experience with water heater installations, pipe repairs, drain cleaning, and gas lines.

    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.

  • Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently.

  • Dependability: Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

  • Valid Driver’s License: Required, with a clean driving record.

  • Background Check & Drug Testing: Required for all employees.
